Cold Weather Season
It is that time of year when temperatures are changing dramatically from day to day.  With that in mind, it is wise to plan carefully for colder temperatures.  So dig out the coats, hats, and mittens so your child fully enjoys outdoor recess fun with friends.  You may even want to consider sending both a heavier jacket and lighter jacket until temperatures stabalize for the colder part of the season.

Pay-to-Ride busing 2nd semester registration is now open:
Ankeny Schools are pleased to again offer an optional pay-to-ride student transportation program for elementary and middle school students who live within two miles of their assigned school and high school students who live within three miles of their assigned school.  Sign-up for second semester is now underway, and closes on December 15.  Learn more about the program here.
